I recently stayed at the Trident Gurgaon and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm and attentive hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued. The property itself is elegant yet understated, blending modern comfort with a serene ambiance—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The Stay: My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the attention to detail in the room’s design added a touch of luxury. Food & Dining: The culinary experience here is outstanding! The quality of food across their restaurants is top-notch, with a diverse menu that caters to all palates. What truly stood out, however, was their customizable food option for solo travelers. As someone traveling alone, I appreciated their flexibility in portion sizes and menu adjustments to suit individual preferences—this not only minimized food waste but also made dining hassle-free and personalized. A big thumbs up for this sustainable and guest-centric approach! Value for Money: Given the level of service, amenities, and overall experience, my stay felt worth every penny. The Trident Gurgaon strikes a perfect balance between luxury and practicality, offering excellent value. Hospitality: The staff deserves special recognition. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to accommodate requests made all the difference. If you’re looking for a hotel that prioritizes guest comfort, sustainability, and culinary excellence, the Trident Gurgaon is an absolute gem. I’ll undoubtedly return on my next visit to the city! We stayed for our last night in India after a two week family tour. Children aged 10 and 5 years old. Stayed in a room and hotel happily added an extra bed at no extra charge. The main bed was more than ample for two adults and a 5 year old. This stay was much needed. The hotel staff are very attentive. The pool is large and clean. The dining was a real treat. The buffet was very impressive. My favourite meal was the breakfast buffet. At around £12.50 per adult and half that for the children, it was expensive for India but worth every penny. Fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs to order, cereal, juices, tea, it literally was never ending! The hotel architecture is impressive. Outside in the evening was a DJ. It was a magnificent end to the holiday. The reception staff happily ordered us an Uber to the airport which took say 20 minutes and cost 500 Rupees. We chose this hotel as we stayed at The Maidens hotel for the first few days when we arrived in Delhi and were very impressed with The Trident Group. We wished we had stayed longer here. It really was the cream on top of a wonderful family holiday in India. Expensive but worth every penny. Luxurious and self indulgent end to the holiday. The children were so happy here and we have some lovely memories. I rate this hotel highly and was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thankyou especially to Kartik our waiter for his kindness and help. He is a real credit to the hotel

Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing
