The chef was very supportive in my partners dietary preferences. They did a great job, making it keto friendly.. Also, the quality of toiletries was great, and healthy... The service was very helpful and polite...

Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing

We stayed for our last night in India after a two week family tour. Children aged 10 and 5 years old. Stayed in a room and hotel happily added an extra bed at no extra charge. The main bed was more than ample for two adults and a 5 year old. This stay was much needed. The hotel staff are very attentive. The pool is large and clean. The dining was a real treat. The buffet was very impressive. My favourite meal was the breakfast buffet. At around £12.50 per adult and half that for the children, it was expensive for India but worth every penny. Fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs to order, cereal, juices, tea, it literally was never ending! The hotel architecture is impressive. Outside in the evening was a DJ. It was a magnificent end to the holiday. The reception staff happily ordered us an Uber to the airport which took say 20 minutes and cost 500 Rupees. We chose this hotel as we stayed at The Maidens hotel for the first few days when we arrived in Delhi and were very impressed with The Trident Group. We wished we had stayed longer here. It really was the cream on top of a wonderful family holiday in India. Expensive but worth every penny. Luxurious and self indulgent end to the holiday. The children were so happy here and we have some lovely memories. I rate this hotel highly and was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thankyou especially to Kartik our waiter for his kindness and help. He is a real credit to the hotel
